User rights under GDPR for EU and EEA users.

Certain regions have data protection laws that require us to specify our policies on how we store and process your data.

The MyData Rewards Privacy Policy describes the purposes for which we collect and process data about you and the categories of data we process.

Upon completion of sign up a user must agree to both the MyData Rewards Terms of Service & Privacy Policy.

Under the GDPR rules MyData Rewards users have the following rights:

• The right to know if personal data is being shared, and with whom

• The right to access your personal data

• The right to exercise your privacy rights without being discriminated against
